Information we collect
When you place an order by phone through one of our automated voice ordering systems and ask to receive a payment link by text message, we collect the mobile phone number you called from and use it to send you that one-time payment link.
How we use your information
We use your phone number only to send the text message(s) related to the order you placed. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not build a marketing list from it.
SMS Terms
- Message frequency varies — typically one message per order, sent only when you ask for a payment link during your call.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of receiving further messages at any time.

No sharing for marketing purposes
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information collected as part of this SMS program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information will only be shared with subcontractors we use to support our own operations (for example, our SMS delivery provider), and only as needed to deliver the service.
Data retention
We retain order and phone number records only as long as needed to fulfill the order and to comply with recordkeeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
