Terms of Service
These terms cover the SMS text messaging program operated by EUPLUS LLC on behalf of businesses that use our automated voice ordering system.
The program
When you call a business that uses our system to place an order, our voice assistant may offer to send a Stripe payment link for that order to the phone number you're calling from, by text message. We only send this message if you say yes during the call.
Message frequency and cost
- Message frequency varies — typically one message per order.
- Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-in and opt-out
You opt in verbally during the phone call by agreeing to receive the payment link by text. You may opt out of future messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@euplusllc.com.
No third-party marketing
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messages are sent by EUPLUS LLC only about the order you placed by phone, and only after you agreed to receive them during that call.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers; availability may vary.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this address.
